The Jefferson County Road and Bridge Department is excited to announce the launch of TWO great new ways for residents to report issues.

 

 

Our new online Service Request form will allow residents to report any issues or concerns directly to our Road Department. By creating an account, residents will be able to receive updates to the status of their request by email or phone.

 

TextMyGov is a new system that will allow residents to report issues via text message from their phone. You will even be able to submit a photo of the concerns. With TextMyGov, residents have the ability to sign up for notifications of upcoming road projects and emergency road closures. To sign up for TextMyGov notifications please click here.
