Friday, August 26, 4p to 10p – Open to Jefferson County Residents. Pay for entries early beginning at 1:00 p.m. – Arena Announcer's Stand Events and fees include:

    The Fair Board would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2016 Jefferson County A Fair of the Heart a success. From exhibitors to volunteers to our vendors and food auction supporters, we couldn’t have done it without you, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

    Live music in the park, exhibits, carousel rides, food and admission to the Fair is FREE! Rodeo admission is $6/adults $3/youth

    Vendors and Volunteers Wanted

    Vendor and Display Space applications are now available! Groups who are planning concessions or informational displays need to submit a Vendor Application Form. Space is reserved on a first-come-first served basis. The Vendor Application may be downloaded here(MS Word) or here (PDF) or obtained by calling Susan Haran (406)461-6701 or email

    Would you like to help out at the Fair? Volunteers are always welcome! There are areas where additional assistance would be appreciated such as helping to take entries or helping during some of the judging, to even assisting with the food auction Saturday evening or the Barn Dance Saturday night.     Parade and NRA Rodeo Information

    Kids Parade

  • Fri, August 26 11:40am lineup, parade at noon
  • All kids 12 and under are invited to wear a costume and be in the Kid's Parade. Line up by the City Hall starting at 11:40 a.m. Parade starts at 12 noon, goes down main street and ends at the Boulder Library. Prizes and ribbons for all! No motorized vehicles please.
